Materials Used

The materials referred to below are what we would normally use for structures however, to meet specific customer requirements, we are able to source other materials locally and internationally.

VINYL

We recommend and use Ferrari coated reinforced vinyl, a high quality French made PVC. This material is made specifically for membrane structures and comes with various extended warranties, of between 5 & 10 years, depending on fabric chosen.

Ferrari comes in a wide range of colours, the most common being white, sand and champagne, and in a range of fabric weights to suit all sizes of structures.

KNITTED SHADECLOTH

We use Commercial Grade shade mesh which is manufactured by Australia’s leader in this field. This high quality commercial grade shade mesh available in a wide variety of colours with a 10 year limited warranty. View details & colours

In addition to the above we also use a fabric called Monotec 370 series. View details & colours

Shadecloth is very cool and an economical choice when shade is the main function of the structure. Well made shade sails from good quality materials are durable and aesthetically pleasing.

STEELWORK

We offer various types of finishes for steelwork which are designed and manufactured to withstand the extreme coastal environmental conditions with minimal on-going maintenance.

• Black or Pre-galvanised steel with powder coated finish
• Black or Pre-galvanised steel with two pack paint system
• Corrozinc Undercoat for harsh enviroments
• 316 Polished Stainless Steel
• Hot dipped galvanised 
• Hot dipped galvanised and painted/powder coated

FITTINGS
Fittings (edge wires, corner rings, corner plates) are made of marine grade 316 stainless steel.
